Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Riwaq al-Ilm website and free trial booking, and your enrollment in our online Quran classes. By using our site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.
Free Trial Classes
Free trial classes are offered at no cost and with no obligation to enroll. We may limit free trials to one per family. Scheduling is subject to teacher availability.
Parental Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must book on behalf of any student under 18 and is responsible for supervising their child’s participation in online classes, including ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for video calls.
Classes & Scheduling
Classes are held over Zoom or Google Meet at scheduled times. Rescheduling and cancellation policies will be communicated at enrollment. We aim to match students with a suitable teacher but cannot guarantee a specific teacher’s availability indefinitely.
Payments & Enrollment
Specific pricing, billing, and cancellation terms for paid enrollment will be provided separately before any payment is collected. No payment information is required to book a free trial.
Conduct
We expect respectful conduct from all students, parents, and teachers. We reserve the right to suspend or end participation for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with our values.
Limitation of Liability
Our classes are provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riwaq al-Ilm is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
